LOON LAKE — A bail hearing was held Monday in Lloydminster Provincial Court for 31-year-old Kevin Ross Watt who is accused of kidnapping a woman.
The judge reserved his decision until July 30.
Saskatchewan RCMP say the woman was taken against her will from a home near Makwa Lake at approximately 12:45 a.m. on July 13. She was later located safe.
Watt is charged with kidnapping and failing to comply with a court ordered condition.
