MACDOWELL – Prince Albert RCMP are investigating a fatal collision involving a pedestrian.
On July 30 at approximately 1:40 a.m., Prince Albert RCMP received a report of an injured person on Highway 11 near MacDowell.
The individual was declared dead by EMS at the scene. He has been identified as a 34-year-old man from Prince Albert. His family has been notified.
The initial investigation suggests he was involved in a pedestrian-vehicle collision. The involved vehicle did not remain at the scene.
Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
