REGINA — Construction season in Regina is not over yet. Here are some traffic tips for drivers, according to the City of Regina's website.
Reynolds Street – 19th Avenue to Broadway Avenue
Until Aug. 28 at 5 p.m., there will be road closures on a block-by-block basis to install new stormwater mains, water main replacement, curb and sidewalk replacement and roadway reconstruction. Work began March 30.
College Avenue – Angus Street to Albert Street
Until Aug. 31, there will be a lane restriction on the northside curb lane. Work began March 20.
Broadway Avenue – Francis Street to Edgar Street
Until Sept. 7, lane restrictions will occur to complete drainage work. Work began May 11.
11th Avenue – Albert Street to Cornwall Street
Until Oct. 30, 11th Ave from Albert Street to Cornwall Street will be closed to complete water and roadways work as part of the 11th Avenue Revitalization Project. Work began May 12.
Albert Street North – Bridge over Ring Road
Until Oct. 31 two-way traffic will be diverted to the southbound bridge for bridge reconstruction. The northbound exit ramp onto Ring Road eastbound will also be closed. Work began March 23.
