LLOYDMINSTER — RCMP have laid charges against six people in connection with a break-in, kidnapping, and armed assault last week.
As a result of the investigation, Chase Michalski, 30, Breanna Kehijekonaham, 28, and Kyler Ackerman, 27, all residents of Lloydminster, were arrested and charged with break and enter, forcible confinement, robbery, and assault with a weapon.
Michalski, Kehijekonaham and Ackerman were released on conditions and are to appear before the Alberta Court of Justice in Lloydminster on Oct. 6.
Lloydminster RCMP are actively searching for the three remaining suspects.
James Blohm, 37, Amber Eyben, 43, both of Vermilion River, Alta., and Avery Turner, 24, of Elk Point, Alta., have been charged with the same offences. Warrants have been issue for their arrests.
The public is asked not to approach these individuals as they may be in possession of a firearm.
