REGINA — More showtimes have been added for Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey in Regina.
The film has been playing at the Kramer IMAX Theatre in Regina since July 16 and will now have three to four showings per day through Sept. 16.
As of Aug. 14, the highly anticipated film had grossed more than $1.1 billion worldwide, making it the second-highest-grossing film of the year behind Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
Regina is one of only nine locations across Canada where The Odyssey can be screened in its true IMAX film format.
The film was shot entirely using high-resolution 15-perf/65mm IMAX film cameras, providing audiences with a more immersive viewing experience.
