MELVILLE — A new court date has been set for one of three people arrested in connection with an armed robbery in Melville.
Tyrone Sayer, 44, of Regina, appeared in Melville Provincial Court on Aug. 17, where he was remanded in custody until Sept. 14.
On May 22, Melville RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Second Avenue East in relation to an incident that occurred the day before.
It was reported that a man had robbed an individual, assaulted them and discharged a firearm.
A search of the residence turned up two BB guns, a magazine, ammunition, cash and a small amount of crystal meth and cocaine.
Police also found two bicycles reported stolen from a Melville business.
