If you are in need of some dentistry work and can’t afford it, there are many places in the province that can help you on Saturday.
29 different offices across the Saskatchewan are holding a “Day of Giving” in which services will be provided for free.
Hilary Stevens is the president of the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan. She says some basic dental care can be done for nothing in this one-day initiative..
“We’re trying to get people out of pain.” Stevens said. “We will do some fillings, some cleanings, we will take a tooth out if we have to, but nothing too complex.”
