The Saskatchewan Roughriders revealed a pair of roster changes on Saturday morning.
The team announced that offensive lineman Jez Janvier and defensive back Millard Bradford have both been released by the team in advance of their game Sunday against the B.C. Lions.
A Montreal product, Janvier was Saskatchewan’s 47th overall pick in the 2026 CFL Draft. He played one game for the Riders — that coming in Week 10 against Ottawa as the sixth man on the offensive line — and spent the majority of his time on the practice roster.
Standing in at 6-foot-5, 314 pounds, Janvier previously played at Southern Mississippi and Eastern Michigan before being drafted by the Riders.
Bradford was signed to Saskatchewan’s practice roster on July 20 but didn’t play a game.
He joined the Riders with NFL experience, having played three games with the New Orleans Saints in 2024 and picking up three tackles.
Bradford played at Texas Christian University before turning pro. A 5-foot-11, 183-pound native of Deridder, La., Bradford played 58 games and recorded 231 tackles, 17 tackles for loss, one sack, four interceptions, 19 pass breakups, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
He was named an All-Big 12 honourable mention in 2022 and 2023.
