REGINA, Sask. — A 22-year-old man is facing charges after police responded to a break and enter in progress in North Central Regina late Tuesday night.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 25, Regina police responded to the 1000 block of Angus Street. When officers arrived, they entered the building and located a male suspect inside. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
A search of the suspect and his belongings revealed coils of copper tubing and tools commonly used to commit break and enters.
The man was charged with break and enter and possession of break in instruments.
He appeared in Regina Provincial Court on Aug. 26.
