WYNYARD, Sask. — A new court date has been set for one of two people charged in connection with a poppy box theft in Wynyard.
The charges stem from the theft of a poppy donation box at the Subway in Wynyard on Nov. 10.
Rachael Johnson, 42, of Watson, appeared in Wynyard Provincial Court on Aug. 27, when her matter was adjourned until Nov. 26.
Her co-accused, Nathan Reimer, 34, of Watson, admitted his guilt in February and received a suspended sentence with three months of probation. He was also ordered to pay $30 in restitution to the Royal Canadian Legion.
