REGINA — A new court date has been set for a Theodore man arrested after allegedly assaulting a Regina Police Service officer.
Philip Randhal, 44, appeared in Regina Provincial Court on Aug. 27, where his matters were adjourned until Sept. 15.
On the afternoon of March 7, the police officer spotted an unregistered vehicle in the city and conducted a traffic stop.
It's alleged the driver refused to identify himself, then punched the officer twice before he was finally arrested.
