Regina Police have charged three people with numerous offences, after a hit and run incident Sunday evening.
Around 8:20 p.m. police were called to a collision on the 3100 block of Lakeshore Drive, where one of the vehicles involved, believed to have been driven by an impaired driver fled the scene.
Police then received multiple reports of the same vehicle believed to have been involved in the collision being driven by an impaired driver.
Officers then located the suspect vehicle at College Avenue and Osler Street where four people jumped out and attempted to flee on foot.
Two were arrested shortly after, the vehicle continued to flee until it hit a tree and parked vehicles on the 2100 block of Elphinstone Street.
As a result the driver, 23-year-old Tyrone Lane Eagle, along with 21-year-old Justine Lonnie Mae Littletent and 19-year-old Aiden McNab-Moosemay are all facing charges.
Eagle has been charged with three counts of hit and run, refusal to comply with demand and operate conveyance dangerous to public. Littletent was charged with possession of a weapon (machete) for a purpose dangerous to public peace, and breach of probation and an undertaking.
McNab-Moosemay was charged with – possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous to public peace (bear spray) and breach of probation.
