There is no doubt that Saskatchewan loves football. From grass roots to the pros, on every level its the game that we’ll watch. Flag or tackle football, kids and teenagers, girls and boys playing the game that means so much. We enjoy rivalries in university and junior levels and the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Intensity is a given when the Thunder come to play. Saturday night at 7pm, the Treaty 4 Thunder will play the Saskatoon Hilltops. Its a battle for number One!! The night will also be marked by the First Nations celebration. Gates open one hour before kick-off. It should be a sell out, so get their early to secure your seat or spot on the grassy burm.
To honour the proud Indigenous history of Regina and Saskatchewan, the Regina Thunder are proud to take the field as the Treaty 4 Thunder for the First Nations Celebration Game. Along with this game, the football club has launched their Thunder Auction. Bidding is taking off with the conclusion of the auction on Sunday. Items include artwork, cooking classes, catering and limo rides, autographed footballs and a jersey too. Golfing, dining, jewellery and the list goes on.
