REGINA, Sask. — A new day has been scheduled for the Labour Day Show N Shine Car Show.
After heavy rain caused flooding across Regina last Sunday, event organizers were forced to postpone the annual event scheduled for Labour Day Monday, rescheduling it for upcoming Sunday, Sept. 13.
“The show will run at the same location, at the same time, with the same activities, entry fees and exhibitor registration process as originally planned,” according to the Access Communications' news release.
The event will run from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Access Communications Community Park.
Over the years, the event has helped provide more than 1.25 million meals to the Regina Food Bank, supporting its efforts to address food insecurity through nutritious food distribution, education and support programs.
