REGINA, Sask. — Jorawar Singh and JD Trucking Ltd. with offices in Regina and Moose Jaw have both been charged with making or signing false statements or providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information under the Immigration Services Act.
Singh and JD Trucking appeared in Regina Provincial Court on Sept. 2, and the matter has been adjourned until Sept. 28.
Police say the offences took place on April 9 at or near Regina.
