REGINA, Sask. — A pedestrian has been taken to hospital after a collision with a vehicle Sept. 19 in Regina.
A news release from the Regina Police Service (RPS) says motorists are asked to avoid the southbound lanes of the 400-block of Albert Street, between 2 Avenue North and Avonhurst Drive. Officers have been on scene and investigating. EMS and Regina Fire and Protective Services are also at the scene.
The pedestrian was transported to hospital with what the RPS says are serious, life-threatening injuries. At this early stage of the investigation, there are no further details that will be released to the public, the RPS said.
