Bop-It. One of the 2026 Toy Hall of Fame nominees.
Each year the Toy Hall of Fame in Rochester, NY seeks help from the public on which three toys should be immortalized in the hall of fame.
This year, the twelve nominees include Bingo, Bop-it, Care Bears, Mahjong, Monster High, Mouse Trap, Pokemon Trading Cards, Polly Pocket, Slide, Sorry, Tickle Me Elmo, and Yahtzee.
The public collectively acts as a single member of a committee who will select which three toys will be inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame, which is located inside the Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, NY. The public will be able to vote on which toy they’d like to see immortalized from now until September 23rd.

Last year, the games Battleship and Trivial Pursuit were inducted along with Slime.
