PELICAN NARROWS, Sask. — Saskatchewan RCMP advise there is an increased police presence north of Pelican Narrows in relation to an ongoing investigation. Highway 135 is currently closed between Pelican Narrows and Sandy Bay.
People are asked to avoid the areas where police officers are present and follow any police direction provided.
RCMP say they will provide an update on this investigation as soon as they are able. If an imminent risk to public safety is identified, they say will notify the public.
