FORT QU'APPELLE, Sask. — Another court appearance has been made by a male teen arrested in connection with a death on Star Blanket Cree Nation.
On Feb. 18, File Hills First Nations Police Service was called to a report of a homicide at a home on Star Blanket.
They found an adult male dead and arrested a male teen at the scene.
Police note the accused and the victim were known to each other.
The boy, who can't be named due to his age, was in Fort Qu'Appelle Provincial Court Sept. 28, charged with second-degree murder, and had his matter adjourned until Oct. 1.
