YORKTON, Sask. — A bail hearing has been set for a man arrested following a fatal two-vehicle collision near Foam Lake.
Kelly Knopf, 40, of Sumter, S.C., was in Yorkton Provincial Court Oct. 5, where he had his matters adjourned until Oct. 6.
On the afternoon of Oct. 2, Wadena/Foam Lake RCMP were called to a crash on a grid road about nine kilometres west of Foam Lake.
Their investigation determined that a pickup truck tried to pass a semi when it collided with an SUV.
Three females, including two children, were killed, while three other people were injured.
