Time is starting to run out for those who enjoy golfing in Saskatchewan. Several golf courses in Regina and surrounding area have announced closing dates to get ready for the winter months.
The City of Regina says Tor Hill, Murray, and Goulet courses will close on October 12th. Lakeview Par 3 in Regina and the Indian Head driving range shut down for the season this past Sunday, October 4th.
Long Creek Golf and Country Club in Avonlea will close for the season on Monday, October 12th, which means the last day to golf will be this Sunday over Thanksgiving. Both Green Acres and Flowing Springs are slated to close for the season on October 12th and the Wascana Country Club course will conclude their 2026 season on October 14th.
Not all local golf courses have announced closing dates yet. The nice fall weather may allow some golf courses to remain open for a few days longer.
