“Healthy Halloween passes are a fun, cost-effective way to provide an alternative to sweet treats for children and youth on Halloween. Providing healthy options and promoting recreation for kids is a spook-tacular way to reward trick-or-treaters," said Diana Burton, director of Recreation & Cultural Services.
Healthy Halloween passes will be available for purchase from Oct. 15 to 31 at the Fieldhouse, Lawson Aquatic Centre, North West Leisure Centre and Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre, while supplies last.
