SASKATOON, Sask. — It was a record-breaking two days for the 2026 Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Radiothon, with the event raising $1,517,923, surpassing last year’s $1.119 million.
The radiothon closed on a strong note, with residents calling in to donate or dropping off donations to support the hospital’s new point-of-care ultrasound program.
“We blew away the numbers we’ve had in the past, and that’s because Saskatchewan really showed up this last day,” said Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation CEO Troy Davies after the cheque was unveiled.
Harvard Media's six radio stations across Saskatchewan, along with 30 other radio stations, were taking part in the 2026 Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Radiothon on Wednesday and Thursday, raising funds to help fund a new point-of-care ultrasound program for children.
More to come.
