NASCAR says it has launched an intense investigation after a noose was found in the garage stall of Bubba Wallace during an event in Alabama on Sunday.
Wallace is the only full time Black driver on the elite cup series.
Two weeks ago he successfully pushed the auto racing series to ban the Confederate flag at its tracks and facilities which resulted in some people protesting the move.

NASCAR says it will not rest until the person (s) responsible are found and eliminated from the sport.
