A 19-year-old man has died at the Regina Correctional Centre.
The inmate was found unresponsive in his cell early this morning.
Corrections staff attempted life saving measures but EMS declared the man dead at 3:55 a.m.
The RCMP and Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service have been notified and are investigating.
Foul play isn’t suspected and the death is not related to COVID-19.
