Someone in Regina is going to pay the price after getting caught going over double the speed limit in a 70 kilometer zone on Monday night.
Constable Jim Monaghan, who uses his Twitter account to keep people aware of what he is seeing on the street when it comes to traffic violations sent this out late Monday evening

While the place where the infraction occurred is not known, it looks like it happened on Highway 6 coming into the city from the north end.
