Meadow Lake RCMP are looking for two suspects after a woman was shot in the arm at an apartment building.
RCMP say the victim was laying in her bedroom on Sunday when she was hit by a bullet that was discharged from another room in the apartment.
It is reported that this happened during an argument between two men who fled shortly after.
Police say the men had been occasionally staying with the woman and her boyfriend, but their names are not known because it’s believed they had been using other names.
RCMP believe the suspects are from the Edmonton area.
The first suspect is described as about 40 years old, about 5’6″ to 5’9″, thin build with a receding hairline and four to five inch braids. He spoke with an accent and was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweater and black jogging pants.
The other suspect is described as about 6′, heavier build, short hair and wearing glasses. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and grey joggers.
Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
