A man has been given a $2,800 ticket for disobeying Public Health Orders by Regina Police.
Just after midnight on New Year’s Eve, Police received a complaint of a large gathering in an apartment on the 6200 block of Little Pine Loop in the northwest end of the city just inside city limits
When police arrived, they confirmed there was at least eight people in the apartment. The resident at that address was issued a ticket.
This is the eighth ticket issued by the Regina Police Service under the Public Health Orders brought into effect during the pandemic.
