SaskTip has released its rural crime of the month.
SaskTip communication co-ordinator and Conservation officer Cody Osbourne says Regina conservation officers found a wounded mule deer in late November about 7 kilometers southeast of Craven.
He says the violator shot from the road, and the animal was left to die.
Osbourne says the animal was later put down by Conservation officers.
He is asking anyone with information to contact the SaskTip line at 1-800-667-7561.
