A semi, pickup and a van were involved in a collision Thursday night on Highway 16, eight kilometers west of Springside, resulting in serious injuries.
RCMP say the road was completely blocked off, and advised motorists to stay clear of the area and instead use Highways 10 and 47 as alternate routes.
The collision happened sometime around 8:00 p.m.
Police said the highway was expected to be closed for an extended period of time, no word if it has been re-opened yet or not.
Springside is about 25 kilometers northwest of Yorkton.
