The Gateway Festival in Bengough may be two months away, July 25 to 27th, but organizers are looking for some support now!
It takes preplanning and an extra financial boost to make festivals run smoothly, that includes generating some cash flow. Creating the On Line Auction has been a boost to the coffers and it also gets some nifty items in your hands. The Bengough Municipal Arts Council & Gateway Festival saw success last year and so here it is again! On – Line Auctions are great, you help your community and are exposed to some great gift giving ideas or things you want and cannot do without. Of course I’m talking about the baking and meal prep items on the auction. Gift cards, power tools, pet supplies, prize packages that include tickets to the Roughrider and B.C. Lions October 25th game at Mosaic Stadium. As you can see there are many items to bid on.
Good Morning Saskatchewan had a chance to speak with Delee Foley earlier this week. Delee was excited to have the community and others come to the table with great items Just to remind you, the auction wraps up on Sunday. An angel food cake is looking pretty delish and I can be tempted. Let’s keep that bidding going!
