BATTLEFORDS – It was a busy past week for RCMP responding to calls in the Battlefords area.
Battlefords RCMP responded to 481 calls for service between June 9 and June 15. This includes:
- 97 property crimes
- 26 crimes against a person
- Six reports of stolen vehicles, two of which have been recovered
- Eight reports of missing people, all of which have been located
- 36 foot patrols were conducted
Of the 481 calls for service, 331 calls were in the city of North Battleford, and 150 calls were in the rural area, including the town of Battleford.
Investigators ask anyone with information about these incidents, or any other crime, to call the Battlefords RCMP at (306)-446-1720 or 911 in the case of an emergency.
