According to Regina Police Service, the investigation started on April 24 when police and EMS were called to the 800 block of Victoria Avenue at about 5:30 a.m. for a report of an injured man. Officers found the victim, who was pronounced deceased shortly after. While police didn’t release the victim’s name court documents identify him as William Allan Campbell.
