Unity Report — Oct. 14 to 20
RCMP received a report of an ATV collision. The subject of complaint was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Unity Health Centre and subsequently transported by STARS Air Ambulance to Saskatoon with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police received a complaint of an individual not complying with an undertaking condition. Members patrolled, but the subject of complaint was gone on arrival.
RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.
Members received a complaint of uttering threats, but it was unfounded.
Police received another Mental Health Act complaint. Members transported the subject of complaint to Battlefords Union Hospital for assessment.
Members conducted a well-being check at the request of a family member.
RCMP and the Unity Fire Department attended a fire in a rural area near Unity. The fire was determined to be a controlled burn by the landowner.
There were also two traffic complaints, one false 911 call and two false alarms.
Wilkie Report
RCMP received a report of an individual possessing stolen property. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a complaint of breach of peace. Members spoke to the subjects of complaint and issued a verbal warning.
RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.
Members are investigating a complaint of a stolen vehicle.
Police received a report of an individual locked out of a vehicle. Members made a referral to a local tow company.
Members are investigating a complaint of theft.
RCMP received another Mental Health Act complaint. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of complaint. It was determined that the individual had travelled to another area, where another RCMP detachment was notified.
Police received a complaint of a break and enter at a residence, but it was unfounded.
There were also two traffic complaints and two false 911 calls.
Macklin Report
RCMP received a complaint of theft, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
There were also two traffic complaints.
