Once again, Saskatchewan came through in a big way for the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Radiothon.
In all, donations totalling $1,119,195 was raised, for Otology and Otolaryngology programs and equipment, to support hearing health in children.
Some notable donations were $50,000 from the Saskatchewan Elks and Royal Purple, to fund new sound booths at JPCH, while Capital Auto Group contributed $25,000, and Dakota Dunes Community Development Corporation added $10,000.
This was the the 23rd edition of the event, carried on 33 radio stations across Saskatchewan, including all Harvard Media stations.
