REGINA — A 26-year-old man charged with first-degree murder appeared again in Regina Provincial Court on Nov. 13. Sky Starr-GoForth was remanded in custody and is due back in court on Nov. 24.
The charge stems from Oct. 9 when Regina Police Service officers were called at about 6 p.m. to a call in the city’s North Central neighbourhood, in the 1500 block of Cameron Street. When police arrived, they found a man in an alley suffering a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead.
Regina police didn’t release the victim’s name. He was the city’s ninth homicide of 2025.
