Moose Jaw RCMP are investigating a fatal collision that resulted in the death of a 25-year-old Moose Jaw man.
On Nov. 21, around 12:30 p.m., Moose Jaw RCMP received multiple reports of a collision on Highway 2, approximately eight kilometres north of Moose Jaw. They responded along with Moose Jaw EMS and fire services to find a semi truck and trailer and a car had collided. The driver of the car was declared deceased by EMS at the scene, say police. His family has been notified.
The driver of the semi truck and trailer did not report any injuries to police but was transported to hospital by EMS as a precaution, say police.
Neither vehicle had passengers.
Moose Jaw RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
