SASKATOON — A 38-year-old man is facing charges after Saskatoon police responded to a weapons complaint on a city bus in the Nutana Park neighbourhood late Wednesday night.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on Dec. 3, Saskatoon police officers were called to Preston Avenue South and Wilson Crescent for a report of a passenger in possession of a knife.
Police located the suspect on the bus and say he was concealing a knife in his pants.
The man is charged with possession of a dangerous weapon, unauthorized possession of a weapon, and breach of court-imposed conditions.
