SASKATOON — A 26-year-old Saskatoon man is facing charges following an armed robbery at a Saskatoon retail business yesterday.
At approximately 9:50 a.m., Dec. 8, Saskatoon police officers were called to the store in the 100 block of Confederation Drive. Staff reported that a man threatened them with needles while stealing items. He fled the store on foot and was arrested nearby. No one was physically injured during the incident.
The man is facing a charge of armed robbery and will appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court at a later date.
