MANOR — The Carlyle RCMP is investigating the theft of a four-inch water pump.
According to a message on the Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network, the pump is valued at over $3,000 and was taken Dec. 4 from a well in the RM of Reciprocity near Manor.
