REGINA — In what has become a recurring theme in Saskatchewan this week, travel is not recommended on some highways in the province.
Motorists are asked to stay off the highways leading into Regina, although there is a portion of the Regina bypass listed as partly covered. Also, travel is not recommended on highways in the Estevan and Weyburn areas, and on some highways outside of Moose Jaw in the northwest part of the province.
Many highways in Saskatchewan are listed as covered or partially covered.
A snowfall warning and a blowing snow advisory are in effect for parts of the province, thanks to an Alberta clipper that is making its way through Saskatchewan.
For updates, check the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline.
SaskToday will have updates as they become available.
