MOOSE JAW — The Moose Jaw Police Service (MJPS) has located a 42-year-old female, who was the subject of a previous missing person report.
On Dec. 18, the MJPS responded to a call at a residence on South Hill, where Tiffani Ellert was located deceased. The death was immediately deemed suspicious.
The next of kin has been notified.
Police immediately began an investigation, which led to the arrest of Todd Donaldson, 56, in connection with her death.
As a result of the investigation, Donaldson has been charged with second-degree murder.
He made his first appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Dec. 19, and has been remanded until Jan. 29, 2026.
Police continue to investigate the incident and there will be no further comment at this time.
