Update: Most of the travel not recommended advisories have been lifted, although a few are still in effect in the province.

REGINA — In what has become a recurring theme in Saskatchewan this week, travel is not recommended on some highways in the province.
Most travel not recommended advisories for highways leading into Regina have been lifted. But motorists are asked to avoid much of Highway 1 in the province, and numerous other highways.
Highway 10 from Balgonie to Fort Qu'Appelle is open again, although the eastbound lane is still closed due to an incident.
The RCMP is also advising against being out on the highways.
Many routes in Saskatchewan are listed as covered or partially covered.
Several highways in the southeast are currently closed, too.
Blowing snow and snowfall advisories are in effect for parts of the province, thanks to an Alberta clipper that is making its way through Saskatchewan.
For updates, check the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline.
SaskToday will have updates as they become available.
