MOOSE JAW — Following a joint investigation with the Saskatoon Police Service, the Moose Jaw Police Service has charged two individuals in relation to an armed robbery that occurred on Dec. 4, 2025, at a business on the 0 block of Wood Lily Drive.
As a result of the investigation, Vanush Prashar, 22, and Gurleen Singh, 27, have both been charged with armed robbery and disguise with intent. Both Singh and Prashar were arrested in Saskatoon.
Gurleen made his first appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Jan. 5. Vanush will appear in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Jan. 6.

The Moose Jaw Police Service asked for the public’s assistance in identifying two males who are suspects in an armed robbery from Dec. 4, 2025.
On that date, officers responded to a report of a robbery that took place at a business on the 0 block of Wood Lily Drive.
According to the information received from the victim, two males entered the business, threatened and tied up the victim, and proceeded to steal cigarettes and cash from the business. One of the males was armed with a firearm.
The two males then fled the business in what appeared to be a white Dodge Durango. A licence plate number was not captured.
One male was described as wearing a black hoodie, a black mask, beige pants, and black shoes. The other male was described as wearing a blue hoodie, a black mask, black pants, and Nike shoes.
