Environment Canada says summer 2022 in southern Saskatchewan will be warmer than normal.
Senior climatologist David Phillips says this summer in Southern Saskatchewan will not see the same heat wave this year as 2021.
He says the weather will be warmer than normal but not the same heat blast as last year.
Phillips says rainfall forecasts for the summer are difficult to determine, but moisture is expected to be normal for July and August.
