MEADOW LAKE — Meadow Lake RCMP have charged two men and a woman after methamphetamine, cocaine, weapons, and drug trafficking paraphernalia were seized at a home in Meadow Lake.
On Dec. 31, 2025, at approximately 2 p.m., Meadow Lake RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Fifth Avenue East in Meadow Lake as part of a drug trafficking investigation.
At the residence, officers located and seized approximately 77 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 56 grams of cocaine, two machetes, a hunting knife, an imitation firearm, bear spray, a baton, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and a sum of cash.
As a result of the continued investigation, a 31-year-old man, from Meadow Lake, is charged with:
- one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine;
- one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine;
- two counts, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose;
- one count, unauthorized possession of a prohibited weapon or restricted weapon;
- two counts, weapons possession contrary to order;
- one count, fail to comply with release order condition; and
- one count, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
A 28-year-old man, from Meadow Lake, is charged with:
- one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine;
- two counts, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose;
- one count, using an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence; and
- one count, possession of property obtained by crime less than $5,000.
These two suspects were arrested at the residence and a search warrant was executed.
The 31-year-old suspect is scheduled to appear in Meadow Lake Provincial Court on Jan. 9. The 28-year-old suspect is scheduled to appear in Meadow Lake Provincial Court on Feb. 2.
Julianne Cardinal, 21, from Meadow Lake, is charged with:
- one count, possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine;
- two counts, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose;
- one count, using an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence; and
- one count, possession of property obtained by crime less than $5,000.
A warrant has been issued for Cardinal’s arrest. Meadow Lake RCMP are working to locate Cardinal and are asking the public to report sightings and information on her whereabouts.
Cardinal is described as:
- Height: 5’3”
- Weight: approximately 130 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour: brown
- Other descriptors: mole on her left cheek
Police say they are working to obtain a recent photo of her.
