REGINA — Motorists are asked to choose an alternate route as police, EMS and Regina Fire and Protective Services respond to a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on Albert Street between 14th Avenue and Victoria Avenue. Both north and south-bound lanes of Albert Street are closed at this time.
