SASKATOON — Police are investigating after a man was robbed inside a downtown mall on Wednesday evening.
The incident occurred at about 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 15, inside a stairwell of a mall located in the Midtown Mall in the 200 block of First Avenue South. Police were called after a male victim reported being robbed by two people armed with a knife and bear spray.
According to police, the suspects stole the victim’s property before fleeing the area.
Police say it’s unknown if the suspects and victim were known to one another and they continue to investigate.
