More hands make for lighter work. Especially if everyone is on board to help with the project at hand. Organizations know the value of volunteers that pull in the same direction. Volunteers are bring new insight and energy into the event. Don’t underestimate your value.
The Saskatchewan Roughriders’ Rider Squad, presented by SaskEnergy, is on the hunt for volunteers. Rob Harrison offers some of the many positives to being involved with the Squad. And as you might guess one of those events would be the popular Labour Day weekend Fan Day. Commitment wise, organizers want to see you volunteer at six games for the season plus any playoff games. There is the one time financial commitment of $50 that helps cover the cost of a “uniform”, that includes cool Rider Gear valued at over $450.00.
Rob Harrison reminds us of how the program works, the age range of ambassadors, what is expected and other details about the Rider Squad.
