REGINA — The Regina & District Chamber of Commerce has appointed Pauline Wagner, chief financial officer at Harvard Developments, as chair of the board for 2026.
Wagner was formally welcomed into the role during the Chamber’s 140th Chair’s Inauguration Dinner, presented by SaskTel, held Friday, Jan. 23, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Regina. She succeeds Wura Dasylva, partner at Miller Thomson LLP, whose term as chair concluded at the event.
Bringing nearly two decades of leadership experience in finance, governance and strategic planning, Wagner steps into the role at a time of renewed focus on advocacy, collaboration and business leadership across Regina and the region.
“Pauline brings a strong governance mindset and a deep understanding of the business environment to this role,” said Mike Tate, CEO of the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce.
“Her experience, perspective, and commitment to the community will be invaluable as the Chamber continues to elevate the voice of business and advance priorities that support economic growth.”
As chief financial officer at Harvard Developments, Wagner oversees all financial functions for the full- service real estate company and serves on the Hill Companies Executive Committee. Harvard Developments has been operating for more than 120 years and maintains a significant presence in Regina and across Western Canada.
“I’m honoured to serve as chair and to work alongside a board and staff team that is deeply committed to supporting Regina’s business community,” said Wagner.
“The Chamber plays a critical role in bringing business voices to the table, strengthening collaboration, and helping move our city forward. My focus is on ensuring our advocacy is informed, credible, and grounded in the real experiences of the businesses we represent.”
A chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA), Wagner holds a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Regina, where she graduated with distinction. She is a long-standing member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and previously served as a sessional lecturer at the University of Regina’s Hill School of Business, teaching taxation courses.
Wagner is also actively involved in the community, having co-chaired the Regina Parkinson Super Walk, served with the Canadian Progress Club, and supported numerous local sports teams in volunteer leadership roles.
The Chamber also confirmed Austin Bentz as vice-chair for the year ahead. Bentz is the director of investor relations at PFM Capital Inc., where he leads fundraising for the SaskWorks Venture Fund and
PFM’s Apex Series of Funds and manages relationships with financial advisors, investors and key stakeholders across Saskatchewan.
